Applicants will use various equipment to produce wood cabinet parts including: doors, drawer boxes and frames. Applicants will work as a team to create finished bathroom cabinets and vanities.  This is a fast paced work environment, with daily production quotas.  Interpreting will be done on an as-needed basis, to include, but not limited to: interviews, tours, orientations, reviews, disciplines, company meetings, safety presentations, LOTO trainings.

Qualifications:

  • Strength and stamina to lift/carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to follow directions to meet our quality standards
  • Ability to stand/walk/bend/twist for entire work shift
  • Ability to work in moderate levels of wood dust
  • Ability to use various pneumatic tools to perform work functions
  • Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Proven excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to keep translated information confidential, when necessary
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English and Burmese, Karen and/or Karenni both orally and written
  • Ability to translate provided documents

Hours of operations and wage:

  • 2nd shift, Full time
  • 3 pm – 1 am   Monday-Thursday, with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Applicants must be able to work overtime when business needs demand

  • Construction laborer
